Laura met one of the Education Personnel consultants in the UK and discussed the option of teaching in NZ. On leaving the UK she travelled throughout Asia before arriving in NZ. Laura and Education Personnel remained in touch throughout her travels to ensure all application information and job opportunities were discussed. On arriving in NZ Laura had short-term work in a school in Taupo and after looking at a number of job opportunities chose and won her current role teaching English at Rangitoto College in Auckland.
