provided very positive feedback on her work and she was requested back
to centres many times. This meant that centres could have consistency

Personnel are probably the best people I've ever worked for. They
are all incredibly friendly and enthusaistic and perhaps even
more importantly the staff at all the centres to which Education
Personnel sent me were very friendly and treated me and other relievers
I met there really well. The importance of this fully dawned on
me after I spent a couple of weeks relieving at a centre that I
had an independent contract with where relievers were treated with
rudeness. Needless to say, I didn't go back there and stuck with
Education Personnel after that.
The lovely people at Education Personnel do a good job of tailoring jobs to relievers' needs. I, for example, never found not having a car or a driver's license a problem - all the centres where Education Personnel offered me work were easily reachable by bus and they always rang early enough to give me ample time to get to a job".
