"I first heard about Education Personnel through the internet when looking on a job search for untrained ECE teachers.  I decided to register with Education Personnel, as it was an opportunity to find work in the early childhood sector.  My initial impressions on contacting Education Personnel were good.  They were very efficient and very helpful.  They met with me and listened to what sort of role I was looking for.   They understood what I was wanting, gave me information on a variety of roles currently available and discussed other options available to me.  Such things as being able to train in Early Childhood Education while I was in an untrained position, looking at relieving as an option for getting to see a variety of centres, discussing training options including an e-learning course.  Education Personnel then helped me secure a full time role as an untrained  ECE teacher.  The centre is going to put me through my training!  I wish more people knew about Education Personnel so they can help others in education like they helped me.  On my own I was only getting relieving work.  Education Personnel also gave me a great choice of centres.  They knew what kind of job would suit me , according to my qualifications and experience and which centre I would fit in with.  Education Personnel helped me achieve my goal of wanting to become a trained ECE teacher.  I now have a full time job I love.  I sure would recommend Education Personnel to other people."

"We first heard about Education Personnel through the Wellington community Childcare - they helped us establish our brand new creche.  We had advertised the position but had not had anyone suitable apply. 

My initial impressions of Education Personnel were very good.  We didn't know how few ECE teachers there were.   Education Personnel informed me and despite the current market Education Personnel found people who matched our requirements.  They listened to my requirement of the type of teacher I was looking for and the kind of person who would suit the staff.  They responded quickly and kept us updated along the way.  The information Education Personnel gave me on each applicant was really good - especially having the references all there.  As a ministry we do our own verbal references and the ones that came from Education Personnel were of a very good standard.
