• You are working with a professional team who are a New Zealand Government Preferred Overseas Recruitment Agency. Education Personnel was the second agency to be approved by the NZ Government. Ministry of Education approval meant that Education Personnel were one of the first agencies able to offer recruitment services to NZ schools and consequently government financial assistance became available for our client schools. The ministry of Education carries out regular checks with our clients to ensure we are meeting the criteria they have set.

Stuart Birch, Director

Stuart is a trained teacher who has taught in NZ, the United Kingdom and Europe. He has an excellent understanding of the NZ education market. His BCA, passion for education and excellent people skills have proven to be an excellent combination for our clients wishing to increase the success of their organisations.

Bill Grindell, General Manager

Bill is a NZ Trained secondary science teacher who has teaching experience in both NZ and the UK. In Wellington, Bill has worked in both relief and permanent roles.   Bill has been the Daily Relief Manager for Education Personnel and recently taken on the role of General Manager..

Melanie Inglis, Senior Recruitment Consultant - Auckland

Melanie is a New Zealand trained Early Childhood teacher who has teaching experience both in the United Kingdom and within New Zealand.  After teaching in New Zealand for 5 years Melanie moved to the UK and was an active daily reliever in many schools based in London. Melanie moved into the corporate sector when returning to New Zealand in 2002 and worked in recruitment for businesses and government clients. Melanie is based in Education Personnel's Auckland office.

Richard Barrett, Senior Recruitment Consultant - Wellington
